01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phcash.con platform — including its casino games, sportsbook, live dealer tables, bingo, slots, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and phcash.con (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phcash.con platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of phcash.con, including players accessing the platform from Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and all other locations within the Philippines where access to the platform is permitted by applicable law.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on phcash.con, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phcash.con, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from phcash.con or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid government-issued identification number.

phcash.con reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phcash.con may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your phcash.con account. This includes all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawal requests submitted, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

• You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You must notify phcash.con immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat.
• You must ensure that all personal information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your name, address, or payment details must be reported promptly.
• You must not allow any other person to use your phcash.con account, including family members, friends, or associates.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of phcash.con complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

phcash.con will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account prior to you notifying us of a security breach will be treated as authorized activity.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

phcash.con processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on the platform:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer may take up to two (2) banking hours to reflect in your phcash.con balance.
• phcash.con does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which phcash.con bears no responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) banking days for bank transfers.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, including submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of address.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your phcash.con account.
• phcash.con reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Players will be notified of any such delays.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

phcash.con offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited, along with any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games, baccarat, and certain other games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each bonus offer.
• phcash.con reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players where practicable.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on phcash.con are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay terms apply across all phcash.con products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. phcash.con does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, phcash.con reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• phcash.con's sportsbook odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• For live in-play sports betting, bets placed after the relevant event has concluded — due to data feed delays or other technical issues — may be voided at phcash.con's discretion.
• phcash.con reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on any game or market at any time, including for individual player accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in phcash.con's server logs shall be the definitive record. Player-side screenshots or recordings will not be accepted as evidence of a different outcome.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phcash.con. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on phcash.con.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the phcash.con platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any phcash.con game or system. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be reclaimed.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, live dealer game, or any other game where collusion could confer an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the phcash.con platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phcash.con staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the platform.
• Attempting to access phcash.con from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, using a VPN or other means of circumventing geographic restrictions.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the phcash.con platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of phcash.con or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phcash.con platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from phcash.con without prior written authorization.
• The phcash.con name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of phcash.con. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

09 Privacy & Data

phcash.con collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, phcash.con collects personal information necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform experience. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

phcash.con complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

10 Responsible Gaming

phcash.con is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Age Restriction: phcash.con strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately closed and all deposits returned.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcash.con's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcash.con account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phcash.con shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if phcash.con has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phcash.con does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. phcash.con will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.

12 Termination

phcash.con reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to closure after notice.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, phcash.con reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Upon account closure for any other reason, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also voluntarily close their phcash.con account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising between you and phcash.con that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact phcash.con's support team to attempt an amicable resolution. phcash.con is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

14 Amendments

phcash.con reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phcash.con will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of phcash.con following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
